  2. Gradually add water and olive oil, mixing until dough forms.
  3. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth. Fold in olives and rosemary.
  4. Let dough rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll into an oval shape, cut slits, and stretch slightly.
  6. Place on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with rosemary.
  7. Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
