- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Combine warm water and honey in a small bowl. Stir in yeast and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, oats, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until the dough begins to form.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
